I Will Put My Words in Your Mouth

Jer 1:4-10 (TLB)
 The Lord said to me,
{5} "I knew you before you were formed within your mother's womb;
before you were born I sanctified you
and appointed you as my spokesman to the world."

{6} "O Lord God," I said, "I can't do that!
I'm far too young! I'm only a youth!"
{7} "Don't say that," he replied, "for you will go wherever I send you
and speak whatever I tell you to.

{8} And don't be afraid of the people,
for I, the Lord, will be with you and see you through."

{9} Then he touched my mouth and said,
"See, I have put my words in your mouth!
{10} Today your work begins,
to warn the nations and the kingdoms of the world.

In accord with my words spoken through your mouth
I will tear down some and destroy them,
and plant others, nurture them,
and make them strong and great."

Ezek 3:10-11 (KJV)
Moreover he said unto me,
Son of man, all my words that I shall speak unto thee
receive in thine heart, and hear with thine ears.
{11} And go, get thee to them of the captivity,
unto the children of thy people,
and speak unto them, and tell them,
Thus saith the Lord GOD;
whether they will hear,
or whether they will forbear{Heb=be indifferent}.

Luke 12:8-9 (TLB)
"And I assure you of this:
I, the Messiah, will publicly honor you in the presence of God's angels
if you publicly acknowledge me here on earth as your Friend.
{9} But I will deny before the angels
those who deny me here among men.

Isa 6:8 (KJV)
Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying,
Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?
Then said I, Here am I; send me.

Acts 6:8-10 (KJV)
And Stephen, full of faith and power,
did great wonders and miracles among the people.
{9} Then there arose certain of the synagogue,
which is called the synagogue of the Libertines, and Cyrenians, and Alexandrians, and of them of Cilicia and of Asia,
disputing with Stephen.
{10} And they were not able to resist
the wisdom and the spirit by which he spake.

Exo 3:9-10 (KJV)
{and the Lord said unto Moses}...
{9} Now therefore, behold, the cry of the children of Israel is come unto me:
and I have also seen the oppression wherewith the Egyptians oppress them.
{10} Come now therefore, and I will send thee unto Pharaoh,
that thou mayest bring forth my people the children of Israel out of Egypt.
Exo 4:10-12 (KJV)
{10} And Moses said unto the LORD,
O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore,
nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant:
but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.
{11} And the LORD said unto him,
Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf,
or the seeing, or the blind?
have not I the LORD?
{12} Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth,
and teach thee what thou shalt say.

2 Sam 23:1-2 (KJV)
Now these be the last words of David.
David the son of Jesse said, and the man who was raised up on high,
the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said,
{2} The spirit of the LORD spake by me,
and his word was in my tongue.

Mat 10:18-20 (KJV)
And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake,
for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
{19} But when they deliver you up,
take no thought how or what ye shall speak:
for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
{20} For it is not ye that speak,
but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

Luke 21:10-19 (KJV)
Then said he {Jesus} unto them,
Nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom:
{11} And great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines, and pestilences; and fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.
{12} But before all these,
they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute you,
delivering you up to the synagogues, and into prisons,
being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.
{13} And it shall turn to you for a testimony.
{14} Settle it therefore in your hearts,
not to meditate before what ye shall answer:
{15} For I will give you a mouth and wisdom,
which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay{G=contradict} nor resist. {16} And ye shall be betrayed both by
parents, and brethren, and kinsfolks, and friends;
and some of you shall they cause to be put to death.
{17} And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake.
{18} But there shall not an hair of your head perish.
{19} In your patience possess ye your souls.
