Let me encourage you to not change things until you've come to the place
where you understand why they're the way they are. DragonRaid is different
from other roleplaying systems; this is one of the places where that shows
up. Combat, unlike most RPG's, is not an end to itself, but a definitely
secondary factor.

First, please notice the term is "discipleship", not "evangelism".
DragonRaid works best when used to train up Christians, not bring people to
Christ. It can, and has, been used to witness, to challenge and to
enlighten unto salvation, but that's not what it does best.

I would strongly recommend getting together mostly Christians (even if
they're Christians in name only -- at least they have some understanding of
the basic ideas) and allowing at most a couple of OnceBorn (pretending to be
TwiceBorn in this case) be part of the 'Team.

Check with your own church -- there's probably a few middle- or
high-schoolers who would like to be involved in a 'Raid. Posting something
at a local store is also a good idea, although I suggest you follow the
example given earlier.
