Been busy too. It seems the board has a tidal cycle. The messages come in waves usually over some issue and then the tide goes back out whilst everyone digests. Methinks the Calvin and Friends issue has given all a pause for the cause. 
If anyone is inclined to add some things to their full prayer plate, I have a couple of things that need the "gathering of two or more".

1: This weekend, Fran and Reggie Cox, corporately known as Stand In Faith Productions, are putting on "Two Days of Praise" at our county fairgrounds. 
Day One is a CCM format with local and area talent (inc .yours truly) during the day and Dove winner AVALON that evening. 
Day Two will be Gospel and Southern Gospel with local talent during the day 6-7 acts during the evening.

They need a heavy prayer covering to help push back the darkness of our area. Please help.

On a personal note, I am leaving Monday, for a two week vacation, part of which is to pick up my 8 yr old step-daughter. I'll be doing a lot of camping (cuts expenses) and have will log in over 4000 miles by the time we get back home. Please pray for "traveling mercies" for my daughter and I, and "homestead mercies" for my wife , Lori, who will be home alone. I don't know where everyone lives but I'd like to meet anyone along the way if possible. I'll be going through Nebraska, Colorado (Denver), Wyoming, Montana and South Dakota, in that order.
