Jeff,

You might check in your area for a Commodore club.  They might be able to help
you with your problem.

Or if you have access to newsgroups, you can to the following newsgroups (or the
web page) for advice on how to transer Commodore files to an IBM:

If you already know how to do that, you can save the file as PETSCII, transfer
it to the PC and then convert it into ASCII (PC text file) with the utility
found here:
