I'm sure that if we each chipped in a few dollars we could easily pay for it - also, the prices of domains are going to go way down (there will be 6 competing corporations, unless they're already active). Also, we would not need to get com, or, and net - or they could even be separate sites (.com would be the official site, .org would be a site made by users?). I'd be happy to help on the site - and I'd be happy to write CGIs if they are needed.
