Look at the Japanese culture. Anyone familiar with the way things are
going over there will understand that it is just more of the same. A
large part of the audience is very familiar with the magic, gore,
violence, and secularism that shows like Akira, Nausicca of the Valley
of the Winds, Power Rangers, etc. promote. The Pokemon show may
be trying to catch kids at younger ages. It could just be a marketing
ploy, but the extra affect of occult entrapment may be by design. I
doubt that the producers of the show or the cards would tell you that
their ultimate goal was to get kids to worship Satan.

Anybody ever watch The Munsters, I Dream of Jeanie, T.J Hooker, etc.
? Ever hear the songs Monster Mash or Purple People Eater?
Neither the whole story, nor the intent is told just by the title of any of
these. Content matters. Even some books of the Bible (depending
on what version you use) have confusing names. The Book of John,
for example, is not really about John, it is about Christ.

I am not trying to rip your comments. It is just that sometimes the
things people do are just for greed, not to further Satan's plans. It may
work that way, but the producers of a lot of this crud in our world do not
understand that. From what I have seen of WotC and others like
them, they want to produce products that capture and hold an
audience. It is profit to them, not a religion, though they may worship
money, or the attention that Magic gets them, I don't know.

Let's not make the mistake that all of what is obviously evil to us was
intended to be. Abortion is; Power Rangers - who knows. Let's keep
the dialogue with these people intelligent and genuine, let's not mix
up a lather and attack. At the same time, don't buy, view, or listen to a
questionable product.
