And Dave Milner mentioned the Castle of Light.

Not to criticize, but I was wondering why there would be need of a 
castle or fortified structure in the Liberated Land?  Dark creatures and 
dragons can not invade ( at least not yet ) so why a castle?  Granted, 
not everything is perfect in the LL, but why the need for a castle?.  
Have the TwiceBorn warred against each other?  Could it have been 
there before the Peaks of the New Beginning were raised?
