Hello Again, I know I don't respond often to the list, but this time I think I might add in my opinion. First, I don't necessarily agree with or disagree with either side. I just thought I would share my findings and thoughts. About the Pegasus and unicorn, I know that those are "supposed" to be a pagan myth and not to be of good to believers. They are found in a lot of wrongful games and beliefs. I think that a person who is coming away from such a game as D&D or other "worldly" role-playing games that have those characters in them might get confused. Not that they are in D&D I wouldn't know never played it before. But people who have seen them for bad then come to know Christ might get confused seeing them in the DR game. Next, I thought I would add some scripture about what the Bible says about angels: someone mentioned something about entertaining angels here is that scripture, Hebrews 13:2 "Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by doing so some people have entertained angels without knowing it." (Sounds more human to me) Next, Num. 22:23 "When the donkey saw the angel of the Lord standing in the road with a drawn sword in his hand...." (Another place where it sounds like they were in human form.) Plus my mother said that those who saw angels, Joseph, Mary, and others were probably shocked to see an angel causing the reaction and the angel having to say fear not. The angels if they look like the cherubim do have wings making someone a little fearful. Okay, now you do have creative leniency, and can make the creatures good if you would like, so it is up to you. I also like the idea of making them a sort of talking creature, but that still leaves much. Yes, artwork has shown them a certain way but as I've shown the bible shows that they can and do at times if not all the time look like humans. That's all.
