Quick statement on armor (don't forget that I am for it:) Think of a real life, say, soldier or bounty hunter walking into the supermarket with an SMG and a couple grenades. Transfer it to DragonRaid timeline and the local tavern, and you've got the exact same reaction from an NPC who sees ANYONE in full plate mail. Historically, the reaction would be the same for both types of people. That's a way to discourage "armor abuses." Maybe make a "reaction roll" with minus modifiers for armor? :-p Just a thought.
