A LightRaider recovers PV at his RFI rate, once a day (I usually use the
night time, and when they wake they have re-gained the PV) If his RFI is
4, he can re-gain 4 PV each day.

In the AMM, Page 33, it states "7. Each WordRune must be used in an
appropriate situation."  I allowed the daily recitation oncem and don't
think it is a good idea.  It leads to rote quoting and not using the
WordRunes as I beleive they are designed.
