	Well, when dealing with change make sure you pray about it.  I know if
I read something KJV and then NIV and then .... etc etc etc.  I get a
whole bunch of meanings.  Finally I go back to the greek, and get
somewhat the idea of what it REALLY MENT.  Although for my 2 bits. 
Somebody mentioned couragous and I think it is a good idea.
