As long as folks are stepping out of the shadows and doing the old intro
thing...

I'm Jim Berger, friend of Jamdrew StrongDesire (my character). I'm a
happily married 32 year old with a 3 year old son who is a LightRaider
in training. The wife lovingly endures an occasional DragonRaid
bar-b-que (with Dragoned Eggs) and the 1/2 hour of adrenaline come down
after a raid where I describe the carnage or my latest sin enchantment.
I work at the world's largest Christian Greeting Card company, DaySpring
Cards in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Been here since graduating from John
Brown University 9 years ago (no I haven't met any of you Milners but
hope to!)

Reading: Favorite hands down is the Albion series, enjoy Tolkien,
Le'Engle and the like. Currently finishing the interesting if not deeply
meaningful Thomas Covenant series of 6. Fantasy with pseudo spiritual
subjects are the steady diet.

Music: Have had anything from Brady Bunch to Stryper in the CD box at
the same time. Will listen to Jeff Johnson Albion and other music
anytime and have Riverdance in as I type.

Movies: Jurassic Park, Ladyhawke, ok Highlander stuff, and sci-fi
fantasy in general.

Hobbies: Local theater and a small Christian drama group I co-lead with
a fellow worker and friend. Reading and day dreaming of being a writer
when "I grow up".

DR: I carried a flier around for 10 years almost to the day after it was
gone at the bookstore when I had saved enough for it in college. Then I
found it in a catalog here at work and had the local bookstore order it
for me. Not a gamer I found again a co-worker to AM and four other adult
guys mostly from work to play. We finished Moonbridge early this year
and have been quiet since. Like many as an adult group we struggled with
making it meaty enough for adult tastes. I am fascinated by the dynamics
of a raid party and how the joys and struggles parallel the Christian
life in general. AND I LOVE seeing the similarities and the differences
of all those on the List. I am trying to use a little of my Christian
business contacts and knowledge to see if DR can be marketed again and
recently met THE Dick Wulf in Colorado to visit our parent company
there. Dick is a great guy. May the wonderful venture he started
continue to bring glory to the source of its creativity, The Creator
Himself The OverLord of Many Names. Blessings to all. (yes I am as long
winded in a raid ;-)
