I don't agree that presuming elves and dwarves (or the "good" version of the DCs) automatically puts them in the exact same frame as humans. It certainly could be that way, but I think it just as legitimate to say that they follow the OLMN, may be twice born, but have a significantly different history and context under which they were fallen. Additionally, why would they have to be fallen? I'm not advocating this, but it isn't that they must be fallen. In the end it's the same God who saves all, but the process by which they get there doesn't have to be exactly parallel to humans (though for DRaid I think this would break or unduly complicate the game system and wouldn't be a desireable approach).
