Perhaps there would be a hierarchy of Dragons that represents the principalities and powers. The orcs and goblins can represent the "unwashed masses" so to speak, that take their orders from the Princes. A good example would be Frank Peretti's " This Coming Darkness" and "Piercing the Darkness." Of course on EA the bogeymen would have corporeal bodies rather than ethereal.
