A very good alternative story.  Maybe it could be linked to the first story 
so that the Great Red Dragon visited the various planets with these 
creatures and they became demons when they succumed completely to the sin 
that they now represent.  As such, they were cast out of these planets in a 
similar fashion as the devil and his angles were.
