Reply to: Re: [DragonRaid] DC Origin idea. Not in my estimation. I see where you might infer that from my Peretti reference. I used his books to illustrate how each type of sin was the job description of various demons. In his books however, the prayers of the faithful enabled and strengthened the angels to do "physical" battle with the demons. This is a parallel application to the story of Daniel in the lion's den where the angel had to fight through the Prince of Persia's (principality) ranks to get to Daniel. In DR, we have humans battling Dark Critters. Since the sin has become flesh incarnate, the LRs can actually rassle with them. Dragons are also Spiritual Beings that have manifested as flesh, so I don't see a difference between them and DCs if it's decided they are all demons. In scripture, however, it states (paraphrase) that we don't fight against flesh but against spiritual things, so it should be part of the AM's pre game spiel and as a closing reminder to drive that game/reality distinction home (especially to new Christians).
