Hitchcock's Bible Names Dictionary is great but it only gives a list of names and their meaning. Goshen Net has this with a search function but only for finding a name, not the meaning. I'm not personally aware of such a service, although I can definitely see a value for it. I suspect some of the CD-ROM Bible products out there would have that sort of feature. Since I don't own such a product, I did my search the old-fashioned way -- I looked it up in my Strong's Exhaustive Concordance. Add to that the Greek and Hebrew I learned in Bible School (which gave me the tools to figure out how the stuff was probably pronounced) and you get the results posted.
