Jen,

Joe has been backing us RPGer off with a stick just about every time we
ask for a rule for this or a rule for that.  Many of us view anything
with less rules that GURPS as simple so we tend to for get that things
are meant to be overly simple in our eyes.  The Rules that are being
added are to fix wholes that were found when the first game came out. 
From what I understand the system will still be very very simple. 
Perhaps not as simple as first round but than again they understand we
can read this time. (That last bit about being able to read is a joke
okay they knew we could last time just chose to forget it somewhere... :)
