Hello, all.
       Concerning the use of hobbits in DR:  The word 'hoppit' may be 
unusable, but what about halfling.  Don't several RPG's use that term 
already, making it public domain?
       About the Converse with animals chart:  Why are dogs at level four, but
 
rodents at levels 2 and 3?  I always thought dogs were easiar to 
communitcate with than rabbits and squirrels.  You go up to a bunny or 
squirrel and they run away.  You go up to a dog and he sniffs you for a little 
bit, and if he likes you, you can pet him.  Unless of course we are talking 
wild dogs here, i.e.  wolves and coyotes.
