No, sorry if that sounded like an accusation.  It was not meant to be. 
Problem with email is that voice inflection and tone is totally lost.  I
just meant to say that there are reasons why some material gets worked on
right away and some gets put on the shelf for later.

suppose that it is okay, though it is just another weapon.
