I would rather it be longer and do more damage than add some kind of
testimony requirement to it.  Each player would have to come up with some
kind of relevant, meaningful testimony, and should not be able to use one
more than once.  So, after a short while when the good testimonies run out,
the quality of the testimonies would dwindle down to some of the fluff that
I have seen like "Praise the Lord I was able to brush my teeth this
morning."  Now, that is fine if you have arthritis and usually can't brush
your teeth by yourself, but would be trivial for a healthy person.

I am not knocking testimonies, just that some people can be very trivial.

So, as I mentioned, I would rather that it be a longer reference (maybe a DL
4 or 5 TeamRune) and do more damage, especially since we already have DL 4+,
10 and 15 PF damage WordRunes worked out.  I mean, blasting a dragon for 50
PF would be a lot more impressive.
