"The fear OF THE LORD"...."To the man with whom HE IS PLEASED"...."So that IN 
HIM"....In a sense, you've just proven our point.  These apply directly to 
those who have chosen to worship God alone; unbelievers, by nature, don't 
accrue these benefits.
