One thing that we have to remember is that the goal is to produce a second
edition of DragonRaid and then sell it, not to make gobs of money, but to
keep the ministry going.  Any system that we "borrow" we will probably have
to pay for one way or another.  Keeping our own system and fixing it would
be a lot more cost effective.
