Well, I was looking on the dr2 site, and I was thinking when I had a game going, the players wanted to take same kind of melee weapons. I was thinking it might be good if the players first time around had to take, like one melee weapon, and then a ranged weapon, like a throwing ax or something, and then another weapon of their choice. Just to let you know, Joe was right about sai's being thrown, but their not across a room. In one of the forms of the school, I am not working on but hope to. They throw it to the foot. Thing I have tried throwing them longer distances and they don't seem to work out more than six feet. Now if was was to throw them in the air, for someone who's coming at me, they might go farther but they aren't going to go much farther than that. Usually, I am told people who fault with sai's carried three of them, one for throwing and two for fighting. I was also thinking, perhaps just have a standard pack of equipment, when they graduate the academy, maybe some pocket money. That would faciliate fast play. I was also thinking it would be neat to start off in the lightraider academy. I think it would be cool to have a kind of like Shaolin monestary. Yeah I know it's budest, but for people going to fighting, some interesting stuff could be done lessons. For example having a compeition, between a north garden team and south garden team, like in the movie the master.
