No. I could see animals getting a purly physical disease, like rabies, but, if normal animals can get sin enchantments, then they must be able to sin, and that requires the knowledge of good and evil. Everything I have read in DR shows that the DC's, at some time, made the choice, as a species. That is why, I beleive, we kill certain ones on sight. I agree that the "mound orcs revenge and the goblins cruelty affecting animals, making them into rabid "mad-dog" type creatures" but, just like the proverbial junk-yard dog, or a fighting pit bull, they are NOT sinning,and therefore not spreading sin-enchanments, they are reacting in a physical manner.
