We Are Praise Machines

We cannot overemphasize the need to praise God. It is written, 

Shout joyfully to the LORD, all the earth; 
Break forth in song, rejoice, and sing praises. 
(Ps. 98:4) 

Every once in a while, whether hourly, daily, weekly, or whatever you determine, spend some time doing nothing but praising God. It will be health to your bones and gladness to your soul. Try it and see what it does. It is what we were made to do.
