God and His Word

God says what He does and does what He says. Through Moses, God told Pharaoh what the fifth plague would be like (Exo 9.1-4). Then God said at what time He would do those things (v. 5). Verse 6 then says, "So the LORD did this thing on the next day, and all the livestock of Egypt died; but of the livestock of the children of Israel, not one died" (v. 6). Pharaoh investigated (v. 7) and discovered that God did just precisely what He said He would do! 

Don't miss it: God says what He does and does what He says.
