A leader who does not love children does not realize that he prepares the church for the future. These same things ought to be said about any Christian. Look at Jesus in action and then try to deny that action for yourself. Mark wrote this about Jesus and children, "And He took them up in His arms, laid His hands on them, and blessed them" (Mar 10.16). He touched them and blessed them. Are children sometimes difficult to deal with? Oh, yes! Are adults sometimes difficult to deal with? Oh, yes! The key is for us to learn how to handle both.
