Read the Bible in a Year This evening read John 8:28--59 Stay with the Father and He Will Stay with You Why was the life of Jesus Christ so magnificent? What is it about His life that attracts us? Meditate on a saying of His. 29 "And He who sent Me is with Me. The Father has not left Me alone, for I always do those things that please Him" (Joh. 8:29). Look at the relationship of Jesus with His Father. The Father was always with Jesus, never leaving Him alone. Yet, Jesus always did those things that pleased His heavenly Father. God loves you. Show your love for Him by doing what pleases Him. He will stay with you. You will stay with Him. Your life will then be attractive as the life of Jesus Christ.
