Read the Bible in a Year
This morning read Psalms 70 and 71

For Those Who Seek Your Hurt

Why are there people who are against us? We could talk about that all day, but when we are done talking about it, those same people are still against us! What can we do about it? We certainly want to see them converted to Christ and take on His image, but here is something that might need to happen first. Utter this prayer to God,

2	Let them be ashamed and confounded
	Who seek my life;
	Let them be turned back and confused
	Who desire my hurt.
3	Let them be turned back because of their shame,
	Who say, "Aha, aha!"
	(Psa. 70:2, 3).

There are some people in your life who are glad when they find something wrong, leading them to say, "Aha, aha!" Now, they have even more ammunition against you. David had people like that in his life. So, he gave the prayer of Psalm 70. Say the same prayer and see what happens.
