This morning read Psalms 110--112 


His People Are Volunteers 


Psalm 110 pictures Jesus after He ascended into heaven. From there, He reigns as King (vv. 1, 2). However, His army does not consist of conscripts, but of volunteers. 

3	Your people shall be volunteers
	In the day of Your power;
	In the beauties of holiness, from the womb of the morning,
	You have the dew of Your youth. 
	(Psa. 110:3). 

Serve the Lord because you want to serve Him. That is what He wants. Therefore, examine what you do. Is it because you have volunteered to serve Him?
