This evening read First Corinthians 10:1--18

How to Know What God Thinks of Your Ability

We have our own opinions of what we can and cannot do, and our opinions may not be accurate, but God knows exactly what our abilities are. Now, think on this verse,

13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it (1 Cor. 10:13).

God does not allow us to be tempted beyond our abilities, so that whatever temptations come our way; He knows that we have the capability to resist those temptations. Therefore, look at the strength of your temptations. What does God think of your abilities?
