Read the Bible in a Year This evening read First Corinthians 11:1--16 God's Wisdom in Creating Humans and in Perpetuating the Race Think on this wisdom of God today and let it affect how you treat the sexes, 12 For as woman came from man, even so man also comes through woman; but all things are from God (1 Cor. 11:12). Woman is here because she came from Man. Man continues to be here because he comes from Woman. This whole process is from God. If God used one sex to bring the other into existence and to perpetuate the race, then that first sex could become arrogant. However, the way He did it, all the glory goes to God. Therefore, do not despise the other gender, but when you think of the sexes remember the wisdom of God and treat everyone as a creation of God.
