Read the Bible in a Year This morning read Proverbs 6 and 7 Even the Strong Fall Proverbs 7 reveals bluntly the work of the seductress. Does a man think he can resist? Solomon says in verse 26, 26 For she has cast down many wounded, And all who were slain by her were strong men. (Pro. 7:26). Friends, strong is the power of temptation. If you think that you are too strong to be tempted, watch out, a temptation will come your way to humble you. This may not be on the matter of fornication, but on other things. I am using Proverbs 7:26 as an illustration. Some things may not be a temptation to you, but do not let that lead you to believe that you cannot be tempted at all.
