Something Better Than Gold 


So much of the promotion of education is that with more education you can make more money. However, there is something better than money. Solomon, who had more money than we may ever see in our entire lifetimes, said, 

10	Receive my instruction, and not silver,
	And knowledge rather than choice gold; 
11	For wisdom is better than rubies,
	And all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her. 
	(Pro. 8:10, 11). 

What drives you everyday, if you are still working? What drives you everyday, if you are still in school? Rather than seeking material wealth, let material wealth seek you because you seek wisdom. Wealth despises a fool, but loves the wise.
