Before we can fix it, we have to know what causes it.  That's what is 
taking so long.  It's a very spuratic problem.  But we do recognize that 
it is a problem.  

We aren't even sure that FB is the cause of it.  So until we can reliably 
reproduce it, we really can't fix it.  

Do you really want us to halt development on FB^3 to spend possibly weeks 
tracking down a bug that may not even be ours?  We just can't do that 
right now.  Right now everything we do that isn't development on FB^3 
pushes the release date back that much further.  So for right now, we 
have to live with it.
