please include me in any backchannelling 
on taking futurebasic apps cross-platform.

most of the programs i write are apps to generate
standalone executeable electronic publications, and 
those standalones really need to be cross-platform.

initially, all i need is a "player" for the pc-side.
(the creative people who generally make these 
e-publications are on the mac side, of course,
but their customers are on the stupid platform.)        :+)

i'd love it if andy/staz would give us the capability,
but i need to find some other alternative if they don't.

so far, from the reaction of this list, 
delphi is the clear winner for me,
as i want the pc-side standalones to be
as small, fast, resource-frugal, and powerful as
the ones futurebasic creates for the mac side...
