Pete:

I am sure, that what was meant in the above statement was simply a CALL
function to convert the text (i.e., "President") into a string. You see, in
our country (USA) we have to be very careful about any reference of doing
something _to_ the President. In fact, despite our apparent freedom to say
and do anything, it is illegal to speak of any reference to harm the
President... Interesting huh? We can say that he is a lying SOB, but we
can't say "Let's hang the bastard!".
