If you have a few smaller FBII programs, the best thing to do is convert 
those first. It's easier to get small projects working fully and you get a 
feel for what needs to be changed in FB^3. Then the bigger projects get 
easier.

I first started trying to convert my biggest program and couldn't get very 
far. Then decided to start on the smallest ones and work my way up. I now 
successfully converted 3 FBII programs to FB^3 (this took several months 
total time while working with the beta versions).
