The old style FB list digests for Sept 99 are up on:

with a whole lot of traffic about FB^3.

FBD_0999.gz is a (Mac)binary file compressed by MacGzip1.1.2
from  

      http://www.cps.unizar.es/~spd/

Good odds that one of your Stuffit Expanders will
decompact the archive.  However as a safety net, the
free parent utility is there too MacGzip1.1.2, 
in the old fashioned ".sea.hqx" format.

*All* the archives since 1996 are finally in gzip format.
