You have several choices depending on the visual you are trying to achieve:

1) FBII and FB^3 both ship with a PROGRESS.FLTR. Basic but adequate.

2) John Morrison ( Morrison SoftDesign)  wrote a Local FN for a 3D progress
bar that I *believe* is on futurebasic.org.

and I'm sure everyone has their own favorite flavor.
