I have used a couple of functions from FJII to move data from handles to
resources. These include Hndl2Res and Res2Hndl as well as STR#ToIndex
and IndexToSTR#.

These worked 95% of the time in FB2, but only about 10% of the time in
FB3.

Is anyone aware of differences in resource handling between 2 <=> 3.
