Mornin' All, I have a Series of 20 "pages" that use the same window and Dialog.. Each "Page" is about an early Explorer of America .. Each "Page" has a special Btn to click that will show a Map of his Exploration The Map "page" has a Btn, that, when clicked, will return to the page of Text.. So that gives me 2 btns to every "page" .. and Requires that all btns must be closed when a "Page" opens and only the relevant btn opened .. The far below FN does that .. No problem .. BUT .. its 43 lines .. So I want to shorten it with a consolidation I have tried to use a LONG IF LONG IF btnID% => 11 AND btnID% <= 30 OR btnID% => 51 AND btnID% <= 70 BUTTON CLOSE btnID% END IF It don't work I've tried a SELECT/CASE Structure with SELECT btnID% CASE 11,12,13,14,15, and on END SELECT BUTTON CLOSE btnID% It don't work .. Dumb Dumb JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND a variable .. Expletives regarding his mentality and Threatening his life expectancy are fruitless He wants the "Real Thing" .. Spelled out in the LONG WAY below .. Any help would sure put me beholden CLEAR LOCAL LOCAL FN CloseDiscoverBtns BUTTON CLOSE 11 BUTTON CLOSE 12 BUTTON CLOSE 13 BUTTON CLOSE 14 BUTTON CLOSE 15 BUTTON CLOSE 16 BUTTON CLOSE 17 BUTTON CLOSE 18 BUTTON CLOSE 19 BUTTON CLOSE 20 BUTTON CLOSE 21 BUTTON CLOSE 22 BUTTON CLOSE 23 BUTTON CLOSE 24 BUTTON CLOSE 25 BUTTON CLOSE 26 BUTTON CLOSE 27 BUTTON CLOSE 28 BUTTON CLOSE 29 BUTTON CLOSE 30 BUTTON CLOSE 51 BUTTON CLOSE 52 BUTTON CLOSE 53 BUTTON CLOSE 54 BUTTON CLOSE 55 BUTTON CLOSE 56 BUTTON CLOSE 57 BUTTON CLOSE 58 BUTTON CLOSE 59 BUTTON CLOSE 60 BUTTON CLOSE 61 BUTTON CLOSE 62 BUTTON CLOSE 63 BUTTON CLOSE 64 BUTTON CLOSE 65 BUTTON CLOSE 66 BUTTON CLOSE 67 BUTTON CLOSE 68 BUTTON CLOSE 69 BUTTON CLOSE 70 END FN ' Jim Henson,The Vegas Swede, (^_^) s aplenty Las Vegas is the Number One Fun Capital Of The World An Oasis Dedicated To Around The Clock Entertainment Come Often, Enjoy Its Many Pleasures, Stay A Spell And Bring Lots Of Money, Help Keep Nevada Green
