This one's been around for a long, long time. It tends to happen to me if 
I try to run or build my entire application repeatedly. If I've done it 
twice, then I shut my Mac down and restart it. That keeps it from 
happening. And if it does happen, restart and then mark everything in 
your project to be re-compiled before you compile again.
