I'm translating a FB2 project into FB^3, and need to translate the FB2 code
for calling a DCOD to FB^3

In FB2:
CALL "DCOD",_moduleRsrcID,(selector&, gSMGblk&, @gSharedDefFnGlobals)

In FB^3
_DCODPassingConst = _Pascalstk_p1Long_p2Long_p3Long
CALL "DCOD", _moduleRsrcID : UNIVERSALPROC(gFBCode&, _DCODPassingConst,
selector&, gSMGblk&, @gSharedDefFnGlobals)

I hacked the translation together after reading the eDocs, and looking at
what some folks had put in their emails.

I'm not sure about gFBCode. I don't have that global as part of _my_ project
