The Technote (that Frank referenced), states not to call SetCCursor at interupt 
time, i.e., from a VBL, since VBL's are executed at interrupt time. At one time 
I thought I had seen a workaround for this on one of Apple's sites, or mention 
of source code in some dev kit for this.
