Hi Everyone,

Speaking of hibernation, as Tedd just did, there is an High School in New
Mexico that is on the verge of going into the big "H" until the Pentium IIIs
they're thinking about using to replace their aging Macs go out of style,
which for a school system just might be nine years.

One young 17 y/o Mac enthusiast is fighting what appears to be a loosing
battle - almost by himself. I'd like to gather as many reasons why they
shouldn't go this route as I can possible put together. I could do a big list
myself and I will certainly contribute, but it would lack the diverse
experiences that you fine gentlewomen and gentlemen possess.

I will be asking some other Mac lists and Forums for the same sort of
assistance. My goal is to have it put up as a Web page that educators across
the land may visit - eventually. I assume, from my own biases that it will
have a distinct FB and HC flavor, but I would like you to concentrate, if you
can find the time to participate, more on the Mac Advantage as it specifically
relates to education. I know we have a number of educators who populate both
this and the HC List.

Incidentally, IMHO, FB and HC are synergistic, not competitive. You really
need both - I think; nevertheless, please send me your feelings on this
subject. Someday I hope to write an article about all of the things I have
done with FB & HC, working together in the total creative process.I have
another eMail I'd like to have you use for this one:

PepeTwo@...

Try to keep them fairly short and use your best spelling and grammar. Please!
Not that you don't always!   *-}
