I am forwarding this to the list for Otto, the list server won't allow him to do it. --------------------- It turned out that I did not have a compiled binary for any of my FB2 apps, so I tossed caution to the wind and launched FB2 via macos.app in Mac OS X. (FYI, Mac OS X has 2 "classic" environments - Classic.app runs as a windowed app alongside other Cocoa apps, while macos.app is a full-screen emulator.) FB2 launched, loaded the code file, and compiled it flawlessly... across the network(!). The binary file (a simple one, to be honest) runs fine, too. I then compiled my biggest project, complete with resources and filesaving calls. Perfect. My admiration for the FB family leaps again. ____________________________________________ Otto Schlosser, Apple Technical Publications otto@... * 408-974-4968
