sorry, i should have mentioned that
one of the good reasons bill gave
for not changing the subject header
is that the digest version is
organized by that subject header.

so, when i change the header,
my posts appear separated from their thread.

however, my posts are usually so tangential
(which doesn't make them bad, just different)       :+)
that i don't think this usually matters much.

anyway, bill is a great listmom,
so i don't wanna make him mad.
just wanted to know how deeply felt
the objections are, and address them.

if you find fault with any of my posts,
please do let me know backchannel right away.
i certainly don't want to get kicked off
a list as important and valuable as this one.
