This may not be it but there is an init call TSMFix (something close to that
name)that was designed because there is a bug in the TSM service that causes
you to not get mouse events. If thats not it then you may want to look at
your jgne filter. I think it may be eating your events. I *tried* to work
with TSM at one time. I'm no expert but thats my suspicion.

I'm trying to make a glonal Floating-Window.
So, I am using TSM-Service like NewServiceWindow....
And I could make a Floating-WWindow.
This window is in front of all applications window.
Every event is coming through FindServiceWindow and I can get these events.
But my application in background, I can not get mouse event.

I tried to getting event, but I can't get.
Please advice to me about how to get a mouse event in background.
